Filmed entirely on location in Imperial Beach, California, John from Cincinnati
centers on two outsiders -- a man seeking revenge and a teenage boy seeking
surfing lessons. The rich kid is John Monad, a strange young man of mysterious
origin and the effect he has on a dysfunctional family and the surfing community.
John from Cincinnati features surfing sequences by professional surfers
including Brock Little, Keala Kennelly, Dan Malloy, and Herbie Fletcher.
Actor Luke Perry, who was best known for his role as Dylan McKay on
Beverly Hills 90210, died on March 4, 2019 at age 52 of a Stroke.
